Chandrima Das

Chandrima is a psychotherapist dedicated to creating a supportive and safe space where her clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. In therapy, she views herself more as a compass than a captain—not steering the ship for you, but helping you find your direction. With a primarily client-centered lens, she empowers individuals to take charge of their lives. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, she focuses on asking the right questions and adapting to each client’s unique needs. This makes her approach eclectic, while the therapy itself is personalized.

Over the past two years, Chandrima has had the privilege of working with clients in India and overseas, helping them focus on personal growth and healing. Her practice is tailored for adults aged 18 to 50, with a focus on understanding each person’s unique circumstances without resorting to labels or judgments.

Outside of therapy, Chandrima enjoys playing the piano, making art, reading, watching thrillers, and pursuing new discoveries. One of her intellectual pursuits involves learning about the philosophy of existentialism. She loves listening to people’s stories over a flavourful cup of tea, and would be happy to be a part of yours.
