Stuti Kalra
Stuti is an Internal Family Systems informed psychotherapist who believes in bringing candour, curiosity and openness into her therapy room.
Her approach is rooted in building trust in an environment where clients can explore the experiences of all their parts without feeling judged or labeled. Her therapeutic style is grounded in mutual respect—she values her clients’ unique voices just as much as she values her own.
As her favourite author Dr Irvin Yalom once said—
“Only when one feels an insight in one’s bones does one own it. Only then can one act on it and change.”
This belief shapes her work, as she helps clients build self-awareness, and take tangible steps towards meaningful change.
When she's not working, Stuti loves to unwind with music, good food, and travel. She enjoys meeting new people, petting cats, and letting her imagination roam free. These activities keep her grounded, curious, and open to the world, reminding her of the importance of connection and creativity both in and out of the therapy room.
